Alinity Divine
Alinity was mentioned in a complaint suing Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch fan who is from California has filed a civil suit for damages of $25 million from Twitch due to their exposure to "overly suggestive and sexual content of female streamers" during their use of the site. According to court records from Dexerto Estavillo, who earlier sued Microsoft and Sony along with Nintendo and Blizzard, filed the lawsuit on the 15th of June, and Twitch received an official summons that same day. In the complaint that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from several medical issues that require him to completely rely on the internet for all of his entertainment needs, as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder and sexual addiction that is what the complaint states Twitch can only make worse. The complaint then went on to identify a variety of female streamers who it believes "continues to expose viewers who are just looking to catch people playing video games on Twitch and instead are confronted by sexually addictive materials and material on a continuous and regular basis daily." Alinity is not included. The complaint calls for each of these streamers to be removed permanently from Twitch in violation of the TOS. They also demand $25 million in compensation, that will "be divided evenly among the plaintiff and other Twitch Turbo Subscribers, and any other funds."
